Ekaterina is an experienced business manager, entrepreneur, and executive coach. She has 10+ years of experience working in banks and financial organizations in Germany, the United Kingdom, and Eastern Europe, as well as experience in establishing and managing non-profit organizations and advising on sustainable development for businesses and NGOs in Germany, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe.

Ekaterina holds an MSc in Finance from Cass Business School (London) and an MBA in Coaching, Mentoring, and Leadership from York St John University (UK), plus certifications in coaching (ICF) and career guidance for adults and teenagers.

Since 2020, Ekaterina has been coaching and advising adults and teenagers as a career coach.

Alexey is a business consultant and entrepreneur. For two years he worked at MHP – A Porsche Company in Germany, where he implemented AI-based solutions and digital transformation. He delivered projects and collaborated with Porsche, Microsoft, BMW, and Apple, connecting corporate practices with practical business tasks.

Alexey is the founder and managing director of several education businesses in Germany in the continuing-education sector. He specializes in developing and validating business models, financial planning, product and marketing strategy (including SMM), and the practical implementation of AI tools for sales, marketing, and operational efficiency.
